Referral Program Terms

Introduction

The VirPoint Referral Program rewards clients for introducing new users to the platform. By participating, both the referrer and the referred user can benefit, provided all program rules are followed. These terms govern how the program operates and set out the responsibilities of participants.

Eligibility

• The referral program is open to all verified VirPoint clients with an active account.

• Referrals must be new users who have not previously registered with VirPoint.

• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and referrals within the same household are not eligible.

Qualifying Referrals

• A referral is considered qualifying when the referred user successfully registers and makes a first deposit that meets the minimum deposit requirement.

• Referrals who sign up but do not deposit will not qualify for rewards.

Rewards Structure

• Referrers earn 5% of the referred user’s first deposit, up to a maximum of 1,000 USD per referral.

• Rewards are credited to the referrer’s VirPoint account balance.

• Rewards are typically credited within 5 business days once the referral’s deposit has cleared compliance checks.

Withdrawal of Rewards

• Referral rewards are subject to the same withdrawal policy as other funds on the platform.

• Rewards must first be used for trading activity before withdrawal requests can be submitted.

• All rewards remain subject to KYC and AML verification prior to release.

Prohibited Conduct

VirPoint strictly prohibits abuse of the referral program. Examples include but are not limited to:

• Creating fake accounts or self-referring

• Misrepresenting VirPoint’s services to attract referrals

• Spamming or using unsolicited marketing methods

• Referring individuals from restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions

Accounts found to be in breach may be disqualified, have rewards revoked, and be subject to suspension or closure.

Program Changes and Termination

• VirPoint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes will be published on virpoint.com.

• Rewards earned prior to termination will be honoured, provided they meet all program rules.

User Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand and accept these Referral Program Terms

• You are responsible for ensuring your referrals are made in good faith

• VirPoint’s decision on all matters relating to the referral program is final and binding

Governing Law

The Referral Program Terms are governed by the laws of the Marshall Islands. Disputes arising under these terms fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Marshall Islands.

Updates to This Policy

VirPoint may update the Referral Program Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
