Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VirPoint platform at virpoint.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and any other policies referenced here. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Finstar Technologies LTD, the owner and operator of VirPoint.
About VirPoint
VirPoint provides an online platform that allows individuals and institutions to place and manage their own trades in contracts for difference and related financial instruments. All decisions and actions are performed solely by the user. VirPoint does not provide financial advice, does not manage funds, and does not act on behalf of users. VirPoint operates on an execution only basis.

Eligibility and Access
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. VirPoint offers accounts for individual, corporate, and joint users. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. VirPoint does not accept users from the United States, sanctioned jurisdictions, or any location where trading contracts for difference is prohibited by law. VirPoint may decline or suspend access at its discretion where legal, compliance, or risk concerns arise.
Politically exposed persons may be subject to enhanced due diligence. VirPoint may refuse or close accounts where risk or compliance standards are not met.
Account Registration and User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your details if they change. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity performed under your account. You must notify VirPoint immediately at support@virpoint.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or security issue.
You are responsible for your own trading decisions, for understanding the instruments you trade, and for complying with all applicable laws and tax obligations.
Risk Notice
Trading contracts for difference and related instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose all of your invested capital. Prices can move rapidly due to market volatility, liquidity, and external events. Order execution may be affected by market conditions, connectivity, and third party systems. You should only trade with money that you can afford to lose and you should consider obtaining independent advice if you are unsure.
Certain crypto related instruments and activities may fall outside of specific consumer protections in some jurisdictions. You acknowledge these risks before placing any trade.
Services and Scope
VirPoint focuses on CFD trading and related tools. The investment fund offering is covered under separate documentation and is not part of these Terms and Conditions. VirPoint does not guarantee execution at a specific price or time. All services are provided on an execution only basis and do not constitute investment advice, portfolio management, or personal recommendations.
Deposits, Payments, and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit: 500 USD or the equivalent in available currencies, which VirPoint may allow to be lower from time to time at its discretion.
Payment methods: bank transfer, cards, and crypto. Some methods may be provided through third party payment processors.
Withdrawals: no VirPoint withdrawal fees and no lock ups. Processing may be manual or automatic depending on the method, compliance checks, and operational requirements. Your bank, card issuer, crypto network, or payment provider may charge their own fees.
Trading credit: VirPoint may extend trading credit to increase buying power or to help prevent liquidation in limited cases. Trading credit does not restrict withdrawals and does not constitute a cash balance. VirPoint may adjust or revoke trading credit at any time, including where risk thresholds are breached.
VirPoint may request identity or source of funds checks before processing deposits or withdrawals where required for compliance.
Fees and Costs
VirPoint aims to provide clear and transparent pricing. Current fees, spreads, and costs are shown in the Fees section on the platform. Some account types may be commission free, with costs reflected in spreads. Third party charges from banks, card issuers, crypto networks, or payment providers are your responsibility.
KYC and Compliance
VirPoint operates know your customer and anti money laundering procedures. KYC may not be required to open an account but may be required when deposits exceed thresholds, when risk conditions apply, and before withdrawals. You agree to provide requested documentation and information. Failure to do so may result in delayed transactions, restrictions, or account closure.
Market Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any activity that constitutes market abuse, insider trading, manipulation, or any unlawful practice. The following are not permitted:
Use of unauthorized automated systems or abusive strategies that exploit latency or technical vulnerabilities
Interference with platform integrity or security
Activity that violates sanctions, anti money laundering rules, or counter terrorist financing rules
False information or impersonation
Attempts to bypass regional restrictions or identity controls
VirPoint may suspend or close accounts and cancel or refuse transactions that violate these rules or applicable law.
Data Protection and Privacy
VirPoint is committed to protecting your privacy and adheres to the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Data is stored securely and retained only as necessary for legal, regulatory, and operational purposes. VirPoint may share information with service providers and partners that support its services and with authorities where required by law.
Communications and Support
Official communications may be delivered through the platform, by email, or by other channels that VirPoint supports. For assistance, contact support@virpoint.com. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 GMT. If you notice unusual activity or have security concerns, contact us immediately through the support channel.
Suspension, Restriction, and Closure
VirPoint may suspend, restrict, or close your account without notice where required by law, where risk or security concerns arise, or where there is suspected breach of these terms. You remain responsible for all open positions and obligations. VirPoint may decline or reverse transactions that violate legal or compliance requirements.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, contact support@virpoint.com with details of the issue. VirPoint will acknowledge and review complaints in a timely manner and aims to respond within a reasonable period. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the matter may be referred to arbitration or court as permitted by applicable law.
Amendments
VirPoint may amend these Terms and Conditions and any policy referenced here. Where practicable, VirPoint will provide notice through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Force Majeure
VirPoint is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including market suspensions, power outages, cyber events, natural disasters, or actions of third parties and authorities.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Marshall Islands. Subject to any applicable dispute resolution mechanism, the courts of the Marshall Islands will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that arise from or relate to these terms.
Tax
You are solely responsible for calculating, reporting, and paying all taxes arising from your trading activity. VirPoint does not provide tax advice. VirPoint may disclose information to tax authorities as required by law.
Final Declarations
By registering with VirPoint, you declare that you meet the eligibility criteria, that you are not resident in a restricted jurisdiction, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You accept the risks of trading and you understand that VirPoint provides an execution only service and does not provide advice.
Delete My Account
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data subject to legal retention duties.
How to request deletion
Close all open positions and withdraw your available balance.
Email support@virpoint.com with the subject line Delete My Account and include your registered email and account ID.
VirPoint will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days, unless law requires retention.
You will receive a confirmation once the process is complete.
